SKU: 117 Categories: , ,

Gold-plated service from KPM KRISTER produced between 1952 and 1965.

One of the largest porcelain factories in Lower Silesia was the second of the Walbrzych manufactories, the Krister Porzellan Manufaktur (KPM), founded in 1836 by Carl Krister, a porcelain decorator from Thuringia.

Taking inspiration, often at the legal limit, from the Royal Porcelain Manufactory of Berlin, Krister relied on both luxury designs and mass production. KPM tableware graced the tables of numerous Lower Silesian spas and hotels.
