An antique Japanese ladle made by the Nippon Tokusei factory circa 1930s, made using the Moriage technique, in high quality porcelain. A ladle traditionally used in Japanese tea ceremony and meditation. The ladle on four decorative legs, richly decorated with hand-painted, relief decoration, motifs and figures, finished with gilding on the rims. It has rubbing on the gilding.
