A collector's wall plate by Japanese brand Nippon Tokusei, made from high quality porcelain. The plate is hand painted with colourful motifs depicting birds of paradise surrounded by flowers on a yellow background with a cobalt border, finished with gilding on the rim. It has rubbing on the gilding.
