A soup tureen by the English Grindley factory from the Marlborough Royal Petal series, with the signature used between 1936 and 1954, made from high quality porcelain. The tureen has a decorative lid and rose shaped handle, with an ornate base, decorated with a rich burgundy background, with intricate leaf and acorn designs. It has gilt rubbing.
