Fulfilling the legal obligation regulated by the provisions of Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016 p.1) hereinafter referred to as "RODO", informs that:

With the processing of your personal data by ANT-ART:

You have the right to:

-        Right of access(Article 15 RODO), i.e. to request information from the Controller about the processing of his/her personal data, i.e. to confirm whether the personal data of the data subject are being processed. If data about a person is being processed, he or she is entitled to access it, to obtain a copy of it and to be informed of the following: the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, information
about the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data have been or will be disclosed,
about the data retention period or the criteria for determining it, about the person's rights in relation to the processing of his or her personal data, about the possibility of lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority, about the source of the personal data if it was not obtained directly from the data subject and about profiling
and automated decision processing;

-        Right of rectification (Article 16 RODO), i.e. if a person becomes aware that his/her personal data processed by the Controller is inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, he/she has the right to request its immediate rectification or completion;

-        Right of erasure (Article 17 RODO), i.e. he/she may request the erasure of his/her personal data, whereby if the person has given his/her consent to the processing of personal data, the request for erasure will have the same effect as the withdrawal of consent;

-        Right to restrict data processing (Article 18 RODO), i.e. to request the cessation of processing except for storage, in situations where: the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data; the data subject contests the lawfulness of the processing of the personal data by the Controller; the Controller no longer needs the data, but they are necessary for the data subject to establish, assert or defend his or her claims; the data subject has objected to the processing and the objection has been acknowledged by the Controller;

-        Right of data portability(Article 20 RODO) which means the right to receive the personal data provided to the Controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format so that it can be transmitted directly to another entity, provided that this is technically possible;

-        Right to object to the processing(Article 21 RODO) which means the right of the data subject to object to the use of his/her personal data for purposes related to direct marketing of products and services, as well as other marketing activities carried out by the Controller sent by e-mail or sms. The objection does not result in the deletion of the data, but only in the cessation of their use by the Administrator for marketing purposes.

-        Right of withdrawal of consent which means that in cases where the processing is carried out on the basis of the consent given, the data subject has the right to withdraw the consents given for specific purposes of processing, at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the consent was withdrawn;

-        Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Article 77(2) RODO) if the data subject believes that data is being processed illegally, he/she has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
